Underground Moving Forward: Page 8

There is some odd timing to the release of this page. While I told people I was no longer going to give progress updates on Devil's Blood when posting these comic pages. This part of the story is worth paying attention to if anyone wanted to read the coming prose story. What Chance Siegel ( that guy working for HAPPY we now see on a second page ) says explains part of HAPPY's way of operating. That's information which clears up how Metro City and San Francisco are talked about for the organization.

Also recently I learned apparently this work of mine in general, has a couple readers I wasn't previously aware of. Please do comment guys . I only know who is reading by feedback.
