I've been wanting to draw this for months ... sadly it still holds from months back.
I started this on the Surface using Manga Studio while the software was acting up. My guess is a driver issue with the latest version of Windows 10 which in the case of the Surface is an insider preview build. The project got transferred over to laptop and after that I refined it but decided to let it keep it's sketchy look.
This is not my first cartoon conveying my thoughts about Washington DC at the moment.
