In recent years I've discovered that some people have a pretty hard time remaining calm when they're slapped in the face with something that reminds them of their trauma, and the Internet is one of the few places they can hope to have a warning. So if you have particularly bloody, sexual, or otherwise triggering content, it would be very considerate to put up a warning.
