Jeweled Quill

Ok, so they're not real jewels, but they are pretty aren't they ?

I found the feather and I think it once belonged to a pelican. The pen part is a normal cheap ink pen bought from a dollar store. I took apart the pen & cut it down without going into the ink to get it to fit in the feather.
