Aah it turns out that bit with the proton pack didn't make it on camera. See that was basically the last thing I filmed at the convention and I knew I had to be out of the building soon, plus the mini DVD in the camera I think might have been nearly spent. Not sure of the case, but I'm sorry :(. ..Other prop building info shows up including a forum these guys are into for the purpose. If your still interested in viewing [link] .
Hmm wonder if PS2 games were still being made when it came out? That would save me money plus you've given me an idea for how the Sony versions play out. (Don't own a PS3 or PSP).

This has virtually taken the whole day to make, mainly because of editing reasons. Just a fun idea that struck me early in the day.

I hope the audio within the fake TV is as muted as I think it is. You see all the clips shown are ones I've made over the years but some contain background music there by filming environment I know DA would have a fit about.

The clips shown which only some have appeared online before this are from:

. Starfest '09
. An Aeros hockey game
. Theta as a kitten
. Con-Jour 2.0
. The Houston Zoo

Permission for filming was there every time for filming in the case of public events.

Now normally I'm a little camera shy about showing my self but I've been losing weight lately at a record speed and got my first complement from a stranger today over my changing look.

Another note to this video it was 86 degrees in my apartment while filming and I'm still having my vertigo issues.

PS: I normally don't dress how I'm shown in the video. It was just for the fun of it for effect.

@03:35Awesome! The concept here is absolutely hilarious. And anything that works in Ghostbusters, even cosplay Ghostbusters, gets an A+

@03:35Thanks :D! Hee, some how every convention I've ever filmed, except the last, seems to always have Ghostbusters cosplayers at it getting on film. Check the footage if you don't believe it :).

I believe you! Ghostbusters is a phenomenon. It's odd because if you look at it my art you don't really see it... but I'm a total GB addict, not far from joining the Northern Virginia chapter and showing up in the background of various films!

Same with my gallery of there are a number of fandoms I really enjoy but they don't appear in my gallery or if they do they're almost not there. It's a matter of me having a lack of ideas for art over them. After I think two or three conventions of seeing Ghostbusters cosplayers it finally hit me these guys weren't random groups just there for a good show at the costume contest. Last year's Con-Jour I found out about the chapters & saw the badges for I think nearly the entire country. Don't remember what Northern Virginia's looked like. I do remember the fandom is divided into two groups according to one lady I spoke with that was in one of them. Your fave. The movies or the cartoon series?

I love any and all things Ghostbusters. The two films, The Real Ghostbusters (even into the years where Slimer became the headliner), The various video game incarnations (especially the recent one, which really does feel like the sequel that should be), the comics, and the merchandise.

But without a doubt, way above every other piece of GB, the original 1994 Ghost Busters is my favorite. My favorite movie of any movie actually. I first saw it 1986 in the theater. I lived in Germany and movies rotated out slowly at that time. I won't ramble on about it, but it's much more than a movie to me.

I'm slowly making progress on my own proton pack.

Man you would have loved a panel I sat in on and filmed at Comicpalooza year before last. They talked about how some famous Hollywood movie props have been put together over the years. I think a proton pack was among what was being shown ... and now I wanna look at the old video now that I'm bringing this up. It's on my YouTube account if you're curious.
When that video game, at least the one I think your talking about came out ...This the game that came out like either in '08 or '09 right? I was going through some extremely tough times. Couldn't afford it but was told it kicked butt. Like a third film set to video game. ..It's out for the Wii right? Now that life is better than it was a few years back, guess I can get it now :).
Didn't know there was a two year gap for Germany getting to see the first movie after the US.
I think the guy here user name Cyberdrone has posted some of his Ghostbusters toys. You might wanna check out the photos, see if you have any collecting needed doing :).

Off subject, but have you thought up any ideas yet for our colab.?

I would definitely check it out if you told me which one.

There's a bunch of variations of the game. I've played in on PSP and PS3. The graphics fluctuate a lot but the same story exists. I love the PS3 one.... Way too much. I'm not a huge video game person but I'm a freak about Ghostbusters. I've played through the game three times, on each difficulty setting.

I think part of that gap had to do with the cold war still pretty active. It was the theater where Elvis Presley worked during WWII.
