Description
The title meaning, Hawk isn't a flying bird and doesn't like little aliens jumping on his back expecting a rides.
The project file name to this piece was "Be Silly". What inspired me to make this is I don't normally write flat out humor in my writing. The episode I wrote of Buck Rogers in the 26th Century "The Might of Mice" is one of the few stories I did for the series meant to basically act like a comedy.
My style of humor in writing ... (do any of you ..have any of you read any of it?) is normally subdued.
As I work on my current writing project I'm faced with a challenge. Take a goofy old cartoon, update it & make it more serous, then also bare in mind it's basis, and have it stay comedic.
Lets hope I pull that off right.
(Yeah, who's going to know this?) These are altered versions of Hawk and the Lillypan from the story, in case your wondering why they look different.
